Professional Machines and Production Line
Valve Production Line
- Valve processing line is our own design and is able to make finished valve body from forgings. The line is composed of a VM903H vertical milling machine, a NL502SA turning machine and a conveyance robot.
- VM903H is equipped with 4th axis and fixtures for valve mounting positioning and 3 side process. NL502SA is equipped with unique indexing chuck.
- The mounting and dismounting is taken care of by the robot.
Automobile Rear Wheel Hub Production Line
- Wheel hub production line is composed of truss manipulator, lathes and vertical machine centers. Facing, cutting, milling, drilling and threading are available for cylindrical and circular parts processing.
CNC Gantry Drilling Center
- The machine is designed with gantry frame and fixed worktable structure. Reasonable layout, even force distribution, easy drainage and chip removal, coolant through spindle design enable the machine to process flat and circular workpiece.

We produce round and flat form tools for all machine types, out of HSS or carbide-tipped! All materials used are of exceptional, well-established quality. We grind our profiles optically or by CNC, on sophisticated Swiss or German machines.
Advantage:
With the help of a magnified profile drawing we can control the profile on the tool visually or by camera.
Our own distortion correction software, which takes into account clearance angles and top rake angle on the tool, makes it possible to correct distortions when producing the profile drawing and the CNC-programme.
Profile drawings are being plotted with a precision that can not be achieved in a manually produced drawing.
Summary:
Each profile tool we produce gets its own specific production number, which is printed onto the tool. If you to re-order and give us the production number, we have instant access to all required data of the tool.

Universal system for plastic machining
Turning
The great diversity of plastic types which have also the most diverse cutting characteristics pose cutting problems for many plastic machining operators.
Dieterle recognized the problem and developed insert types for all plastic requirements, for soft and elastic plastics to rigid, tenacious and worn-out plastics.

Polygon Cutters
With these tools you can produce flats, square forms, hexagonal or octagonal forms on smallest components.
Most CNC machines can turn in axial direction, so that the required length of the polygon can be reached by turning.
If you can not turn in axial direction, as is the case with most cam controlled machines, we stoc carbide insert blanks for polygon grooving in different widths, which can be adjusted to the width your component requires.
Our stock includes standard polygon cutters for various machine types, such as Tornos, Citizen, Star, Index, Traub, Manurhin, Gildemeister, or Schütt.

Our 3D-Tester product
The 3D-Tester stands out with its robust structure and slim and attractive design. Its precise and versatile capabilities enable fast and easy calculation of work piece reference points and lengths. Probing is possible in all axle directions (X/Y/Z) at the same indicator resolution. As soon as the indicator is at “0”, the vertical axis is exactly on the edge of the work piece.

3D-Tester VIplus
The 3D-Tester VIplus (visual plus) is easier to read, even at large machines.The 3D-Tester stands out with its robust structure and slim and attractive design. Its precise and versatile capabilities enable fast and easy calculation of work piece reference points and lengths. 3D-Tester SAVE plus
The 3D-Tester SAVEplus is as small and slim as the 3D-Testers SLIMplus and VIplus. The SAVEplus is the inexpensive 3D-Tester model. The main differences are
- the SAVEplus is not waterproof (no seal)
- the SAVEplus will be delivered without test certificate (but of course the 3D-Tester SAVEplus is tested in the same way all other 3D-Testers are tested before shipping)
- no serial number is added

3D-Tester DREHplus
With the 3D-Tester DREHplus you can measure tools on lathes in all axes X, Y and Z.

Innovative probing technology
The DREHplus has got unique probe tips with an innovative conical probing corpus made from hardened tool-steel.
The conical probing corpus has precisely been developed for the 3D-Tester DREHplus. When probing or reaching the zero position, the outline of the conical probing corpus is exactly on the symmetry axis. Because of the geometrical form of the conical probing corpus, also cutting plates with radiuses and/or anglescan be probed at any point of the probing corpus.

Poliangolar
What it Does
Poliangolar is a rotary motion device suitable to machine blind or through holes and external profiles with regular and irregular polygonal sections. In addition to the standard profiles, such as hexagons, square and Torx, on request our toolholders are used to produce special serrations, involute and toothed splines as per DIN 5480 - DIN 5481 - DIN5482, SAE J500, ANSI B 92 1st 1976 CUNA etc...Poliangolar is able to machine steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, titanium, bronze, plastic, and other alloys.
What it is Made
Poliangolar is made from hardened steel and the shank is induction tempered and then precision ground. The tool spindle is fitted with high precision bearings suitable to support axial and radial thrust.
How It Works
Poliangolar's tool spindle is mounted in the body of device with a specific angular orientation to gives to the tool a “hunt” rotary motion.Prior to broaching operation, a pre-hole should be drilled having slightly larger than the inscribed circle for a regular polygon, or a pre-slot in the case of an irregular polygon. Holes of different sizes and shapes can be successfully cut by simply replacing the cutting tools, which will have the same across section as the desired profile.
The attachment is supplied with a lever which should be used whenever the polygonal slots require a particular angular position. The Poliangolar is so simple to use because no templates or fixtures are required for it's efficient operation.
On What Machines
Our toolholders can be installed on any machine tools, traditional, CNC lathe and transfer, allowing to complete the workpiece without further operations. The range of equipment is available with standard shank (M.T., cylindrical, Weldon), also ISO / DIN (VDI, HSK, BT-MAS) and/or special shank on request.
Dragging lever's Use
Where possible, the use of dragging lever is always recommended, it is used to:
- Position the tool in order to orient the side or edge with respect to a particular reference
- Prevention of, in particular in the case of deep grooves, the twisting of the tool and possible spiralling of the required profile
- Avoids putting the tool under unnecessary stress, jeopardising both the machining itself as well as the finishing of the part and, as a result, the life of the tool.
The supplied lever may be replaced by any high strength screw or other suitable equipment and must be screwed into the threaded hole opposite to the tool blocking dowel.

ELECTROSPINDLES OF SQUARE SECTION FOR PARTICULAR WORKS ON CNC MACHINE TOOLS AND BIROTATIVES HEADS
This series of electrospindles is particularly indicated for all those applications where is required the assembling of the spindle on a surface or inside a bracket, for example in the 5 axis machine tools or on the tilting heads. For this type of Electrospindles our first target is the flexibility in the project which allows us to find or adapt a solution according to the specific customer’s request.

MILLING ELECTROSPINDLES
Electrospindles of new generation for machine tools and CNC to be used in the finishing of moulds, models ecc. Compact, strong, they are equipped with innovative technical solutions ( hybrid ceramic bearings greased by permanent grease without any kind of maintenance, compensation of the axial dilatation, inductive motors with high performances with thermal switch for protection and small sizes) to obtain very good results in the work operations also in case of long and heavy use.

This serie of Electrospindles is very compact and suitable for operations of milling, drilling and general metal working where a very high precision of the execution is necessary. Of simple conception, these Electrospindles are supplied with manual tool change for application on simple production machine tools where is not necessary a frequent substitution of the tool.

GRINDING ELECTROSPINDLES
Electrospindles for grinding operations with traditional grindstones or in CBN for applications on traditional machine tools or CNC. Of small sizes, they have HF motor with high performances and especially, hybrid ceramic bearings lubricated exclusively with a minimal air-oil system which guarantee a long life time
Series PS-M-T
MECHANICAL BELT DRIVEN SPINDLES
Spindles of simple conception for milling, drilling and grinding operations. They are equipped with hybrid ceramics bearings greased by permanent grease without any kind of maintenance or with minimal air-oil system for high speed rotations. The rotation movement is obtained by mechanical transmission. The tool holder is done by high precision collets or by arbor ISO or HSK.
